Common Problem #1: Zip code error: 1003
Solution: Please enter this zip code 15650
Many times residents not in the USA experience this problem (occasionally USA residents also experience this). Changing the zip code to 15650 and keeping everything else the same (your billing address, phone number, email, state, country) will fix the problem. All of the materials we will send you are digital files and content on our private membership site. So, this will not affect anything. If changing this did not work, please contact our support team at info@tradingstrategyguides.com and we may be able give you other options.
Common Problem #2: Word credit card numbers or expiration date
If you see this, most likely your credit card numbers are not correct or it is no longer a valid card. Your CVC number on the back of your card may also be incorrect.
Solution: Please check your credit card numbers, expiration date, and try again. If it still is declined, please use another card. For other options please contact our support at info@tradingstrategyguides.com
Common Problem #3: General Card Decline
Solution: This could be a result of insufficient funds. Please add funds into the account and try again, or choose another card.
