Common Problem #1: Zip code error: 1003

Solution: Please enter this zip code 15650

Many times residents not in the USA experience this problem (occasionally USA residents also experience this). Changing the zip code to 15650 and keeping everything else the same (your billing address, phone number, email, state, country) will fix the problem. Common Problem #2: Word credit card numbers or expiration date

If you see this, most likely your credit card numbers are not correct or it is no longer a valid card. Your CVC number on the back of your card may also be incorrect.
